            Kushner Kreations is owned and operated by April Freiwald-Kushner. The vendor started selling locally about 3 ½ years ago, and only started selling online August 13, 2014. She was inspired to start Kushner Kreations when her 8 year old child had health issues and bad allergies.  April became tired of using store soaps that never worked, and thus Kushner Kreations was born.

• I totally understand why this vendor didn’t start shipping wax during the summer. She is well aware that heat is detrimental to her wax (this is a good thing considering the vendor seems to be aware of this fact!!!). It was a little smudgy in 70 degree weather. Overall, it still fared pretty well.

• Cold Smell:
• Pistachio Gelato

-         This smell does not resemble the nut as people may think. It smells more like pistachio pudding. It is a fruity sweet scent. The scent almost resembles a Marciano cherry.

• Booty Relief

-         Smells somewhat like a laundry detergent.

• Pumpkin Pie

-         A very pleasant pumpkin scent.

Wax Melting Review: 

• Detailed Description of Each Smell
• Pistachio Gelato

-         An entire new scent seems to come forward that wasn’t obvious on cold sniff, creaminess! A wonderful creamy pistachio pudding scent! I absolutely love this scent!

• Booty Relief

-         Cleared my sinuses without a strong Vapor Rub scent. A very calming floral/perfume scent that strongly resembles laundry detergent. Just FYI: if floral/perfume give scents give you headaches, this one is no exception. Luckily, once the intensity wore down so did my headache.
 

• Pumpkin Pie

-         This pumpkin scent is beyond perfection. It is not too spicy or too creamy, it is just right!!! I have fallen in love with this scent!

-         Similar, but slightly creamier.

-         Similar

• Overall Impression
• I absolutely fell in love with this vendor. I was actually surprised.  Tried this vendor in a destash, and was not too impressed with the wax. I decided to give her wax another try and I was not in the least disappointed. In fact, I have come to the conclusion that the wax in the destash must have been old because it in no way accurately represented this vendor’s wax. This vendor knows wax! I believe that despite the limited scent selection, there is something for everyone. Not only do I believe there is something for everyone already; I believe that due to her new online status she is still a growing vendor. I am so excited to see what this vendor has to offer next! I want to give this vendor her own box in my storage collection, unfortunately I couldn’t keep the vendor’s wax un-melted long enough to require a storage space for it!

• Just awesome scents!
• No scent nose, you will not adjust to the scents if you stay in the same room. The scents stay strong and consistent within a room.
• Lightning fast TAT!
• Large selection of different bath and body products!

• Cons
• Not a huge selection of scents as far as wax goes.
• Not available in large quantities (This made me sad because my first question following the melting of pumpkin pie, “Do you have this available in large quantities?”

-         Despite the minor headache I got from this scent, it was a generally very pleasant scent.

• This vendor is new to online sales, but has a lot of talent. I can see the intimidation to offer larger quantities/size products. I want to tell her, that the products would sell! I know I would buy them, and I am really picky! If she fears increased TAT, she should list them separately and note such. Otherwise, I don’t think it would affect the sale of her product because they are worth any wait someone may have to endure (not that I can imagine her doing anything to increase TAT).

• Was it worth the money?
• Yes, absolutely!!!!!!

•  Would I purchase from this vendor again?
• Yes. In fact, if I wasn’t on a budget, I would have ordered more!
