Order Received: N/A (The vendor has had some health issues and I don’t feel it was an accurate reflection of her TAT. The order was also packed by family member due to health issues, and missing items were sent separately.)

Pre-Review/Post Order:

Owned and operated by Christy Reese. Although the owner and I have come to the conclusion her local post office, as well as the USPS in general, are evil; she makes every effort possible to make sure your order is shipped to you in the best condition possible. Because Christy’s local post office holds packages hostage, Christy now travels to a post office further away to ship packages in a timely manner. Anytime you get a product that contains jewelry it is a genuine piece of jewelry valued anywhere between $50 and $5,000! Sweet Smells and Trinkets is a proud supporter of Autism Awareness, so much so that it was part of the basis for starting the company! 50% of profits from the Autism Awareness candles go towards Autism Awareness charity. Christy’s son was diagnosed with Autism at a young age. It seems appropriate that this candle for a cause in her son’s favorite scent, buttered popcorn.

• Availability: I have been a Sweet Smells and Trinkets customer for a couple months now. I have never had trouble ordering from the vendor. In fact, she recently closed her store for a short period of time. The vendor announced way in advanced that the store would be closing for a short period of time. Everyone deserves a vacation! By the time this review is complete, the vendor will most likely have reopened her shop!

• Turn Around Time (TAT): The TAT seems to average about a month. It can very. The vendor’s wax is poured when you order, and is not sent until it is cured and ready to melt.

• Price: $$$

• Cure Time: No Cure Time! The vendor’s products are not shipped until they are fully cured. This is probably the one vendor that I won’t wait a full month of cure time, unless it is generally a lighter scent.

• Warmer Recommended: This vendor’s wax produces a throw in just about any warmer you throw it into. Some scents obviously fair better in 20 watt warmer, than a weaker warmer. I have gotten a strong scent throw from my weak pink lemonade warmer. Of course, you will get a stronger throw from stronger warmers. I error on the side of caution for throwing this vendor’s wax into a 24 watt warmer, simply because a weaker warmer would fair just fine in throwing a good scent.

• Wax Look: Beautiful yet simple. There is always glitter and two tones in many of the scents. I love her packaging. Her labels are beautiful and classy. Many of them have little gems on them.

The picture truly does not do this ring justice! This is a sterling silver ring with a ruby stone! Absolutely stunning!

• I have ordered from this vendor before, in fact this is the first small business vendor I ever ordered from. To this day, I still love her stuff. Not all her scents are for me, but a lot of them are ones that I have fallen in love with.

-         Although this normally would end up in a destash, my fiancé liked the scent so it is now in his possession.

• Was it worth the money?
• Yes!

•  Would I purchase from this vendor again?
• Not sure. I loved this vendor originally. I told her the mishap with my order and told her I was really looking forward to trying the scent that wasn’t delivered. She promised to fix the issue, but I never received my missing item. I even delayed the posting of this review hoping the item would show up. If the issue is fixed, I would definitely order from the vendor again.

UPDATE!: I have spoken with the vendor since posting the review. She has informed me that the corrected product was mailed, and USPS lost the mail. She had to remake the missing item. She has informed me I will be receiving a pie. I will update the missing item when I receive it!
