Pre-Review/Post Order:

One Little Indian Scents is owned and operated by Alisha. This vendor has been active in the Facebook Wax Community for around 7 years. She began conducting research for her company in 2013 and One Little Indian Scents officially opened on September 26, 2014. The vendor’s husband is Native American and he often refers to their son’s as “Little Indians”. She went with One Little Indian as opposed to two because it sounded better in the wax world of acronyms. The vendor is very personable. If you have any questions, feel free to ask!

  • Products
    • Bakery Bags
    • Bubble Brittle
    • Bundt Cakes
    • Baby Bundt Cakes
    • Samplers
    • Mystery Box
    • The vendor is currently testing candles, scoopables, air fresheners, car fresheners, and other endless possibilities!

  • Where to Order: http://www.onelittleindianscents.com/

  • Availability: The vendor tries to open once a month. The vendor allows unlimited ordering for a specified time period. It isn’t hard to get her wax as long as you are willing to wait until the next opening.

  • Turn Around Time (TAT): The vendor lists the current TAT on the homepage of her website.

  • Price: $$$

  • Cure Time: The vendor recommends at the VERY LEAST two weeks after receiving your product. Due to the high soy content, I will be waiting three months for optimal results.

  • Warmer Recommended:  20 watt glade warmer or a tea light warmer.

  • My Order:
    • Baked Amaretto Peach (Bundt Cake)
    • Cheerwine Fizz (Bundt Cake)

  • Extra Love Received:
    • Rosie’s Revenge (Mini Bundt Cake)
    • Sugar Plum Fairy Dreams (Mini Bundt Cake)
    • Noel (Bar)

  • Cold Smell:
    • Baked Amaretto Peach - A cherry like amaretto scent with subtle but still distinguishable peach notes.
    • Cheerwine Fizz - A wonderful fruity fizzy scent with cherry as the predominant fruity note.

Wax Melting Review:
  • Detailed Description of Each Smell
    • Baked Amaretto Peach - A sweet with subtle bakery notes. Smells of a cherry like amaretto with subtle peach notes to tie the scent together.
    • Cheerwine Fizz - A sweet effervescent fruity scent with a subtle but noticeable cherry note as the predominant fruity note. It has a decent throw, but it is not overwhelmingly intense.

  • Comparison to Cold Smell
    • Baked Amaretto Peach - The bakery aspect of this scent was more present when melting.
    • Cheerwine Fizz - Similar, but not as intense.

  • Scent Throw:
    • Baked Amaretto Peach - 3
    • Cheerwine Fizz - 4

  • Cold Smell:
    • Blueberries for Sal - A very interesting fruity scent. I wouldn’t say that the predominant note is blueberry per say, but there are definitely hints of blueberry as one note within the fruity combination.
