Long Cane
Primitives is owned and operated by Cindy Marquardt. This vendor ventured into
wax in 1996. Her true passion is Tole painting. When the vendor was doing craft
shows she wanted to add something else to her inventory, and that is when she
stumbled into wax. Her first product was jelly jar candles, and she soon became
hooked on wax tarts.

The vendor says that her wax is RTS so it is already cured. I will be
waiting at least two weeks to a month.

- Wax Look:
- I feel as if the wax accurately reflects the company name. This is a good thing. The colors are pretty, but not overly vibrant. The tart shapes are simple. The labels are adorable. It is very themed and appropriate!
- There was some slight smudging, but this is not the vendor’s fault. USPS has not been updating package tracking so I am unsure of how long it sat in a hot mailbox. Considering the warmth, I would say they fared well.

- Blue Ribbon Cookies – This scent is absolutely delicious. I can totally understand why this is one of the vendors best-selling scents. It is a cookie scent with just the perfect amount of sweetness.

- I have to say that I was
very impressed with this vendor’s customer service. She was nothing but
sweet and respectful when speaking to me. I do truly appreciate that.

- Blueberry Funnel Cake - I
was actually surprised I couldn’t detect the funnel cake because normally
that is a very strong scent. Perhaps slightly more of this particular
scent aspect would make it more detectable. The scent still smelled
wonderful.
